Standard Cancellation
Cancellations made more than 30 days before check-in are eligible for a full refund minus any non-refundable booking fees.

Late Cancellation
Cancellations within 30 days of check-in are non-refundable and subject to forfeiture of the full payment.

No Shows
Failure to arrive at the property on the booked check-in date without prior notice will result in the cancellation of the entire reservation and forfeiture of all payments.

How to Cancel
All cancellations must be requested via WhatsApp. Telephone and email cancellations are not accepted.
