Terms & Conditions

All reservations are subject to availability and are only confirmed upon receipt of full payment or approved deposit. Iconic Spaces reserves the right to cancel unconfirmed reservations. Prices are quoted per property per night and are subject to change without notice prior to booking confirmation.

Cancellations made more than 30 days before check-in are eligible for a full refund minus any non-refundable booking fees. Cancellations within 30 days of check-in are non-refundable and subject to forfeiture of the full payment. All cancellations must be requested via WhatsApp.

Standard check-in time is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM unless otherwise agreed in writing. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee. Guests must vacate the property by the agreed checkout time.

All guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner and to treat the property and its surroundings with care. Any behaviour that disturbs neighbours, causes damage, or violates local laws may result in immediate termination of the booking without refund.

Iconic Spaces and its property owners shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by guests or their belongings during their stay. Guests use the property and all its facilities at their own risk. It is strongly recommended that guests obtain appropriate travel and personal property insurance.

Iconic Spaces shall not be liable for any failure or delay in providing the accommodation due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or utility failures. In such cases, Iconic Spaces will endeavour to offer alternative dates or a credit.

The Primary Guest is responsible for ensuring that the accommodation is left in the same condition as it was upon check-in. The Primary Guest shall be liable for any loss, damage, costs, or expenses arising from their own actions or omissions, including but not limited to failure to vacate the property by the agreed checkout time. The Primary Guest is also responsible for the actions and conduct of all individuals they invite or permit to enter the property during the stay.

A refundable security deposit of £250.00 as well as a £4.05 non refundable processing fee will be pre-authorised prior to check-in. Subject to a satisfactory inspection of the property, the deposit will be released within a maximum of 15 working days following departure. The Host reserves the right to retain part or all of the security deposit to cover damage, excessive cleaning, missing items, undisclosed pets, smoking violations, noise complaints, or late checkout fees.

Pets are welcome subject to a charge of £50.00 per pet, payable in addition to the booking fee. Any undisclosed pet brought onto the property will incur a charge of £100.00 per pet.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Guests must also observe the designated quiet hours. Failure to comply may result in a minimum charge of £500.00, or the full cost of repair, replacement, specialist cleaning, or remediation works, whichever is greater.

Lost, damaged, misplaced, or unreturned parking permits or keys will incur a replacement charge of £100.00 each.

Checkout must take place at the agreed time stated in your booking information. Unauthorised late checkouts will be charged at £30.00 per hour or part thereof.

Please note that laundry is processed in-house. As a result, bedding and towels from your stay may occasionally remain in the washing machine or dryer following departure. This practice helps us provide greater flexibility with checkout times, ensures fresh linens for incoming guests, and supports environmentally responsible operations.
